ආදායම් පරිපාලන, ප්‍රතිසංස්කරණ හා නව්‍යකරණ කාර්යාංශයේ ජනාධිපති ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ අතිරේක ලේකම්වරයා ලෙස හිටපු රේගු අධ්‍යක්ෂ ජනරාල් සීවලී අරුක්ගොඩ මහතා පත් කර තිබේ. මෙම පත්කිරීම 10 දින සිට ක්‍රියාත්මක වන පරිදි සිදු කර ඇත. රජයේ ප්‍රධාන ආදායම් උපයන ආයතන ත්‍රිත්වය වන දේශීය ආදායම් දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව, ශ්‍රී ලංකා රේගුව සහ සුරාබදු දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව යන ආයතනවල ප්‍රතිසංස්කරණ කටයුතු මෙන්ම නව්‍යකරණ වැඩපිළිවෙළ මෙහෙයවීම මෙම කාර්යාංශය මගින් සිදු කිරීමට නියමිතය. නව තනතුරට පත් වූ සීවලී අරුක්ගොඩ මහතා ශ්‍රී ලංකා රේගු දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවේ වසර 37කට අධික කාලයක් විවිධ තනතුරු හෙබවූ අත්දැකීම් බහුල ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ නිලධාරියෙකි. ඔහු රේගු අධ්‍යක්ෂ ජනරාල්වරයා ලෙස මෙන්ම එම දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවේ මාධ්‍ය ප්‍රකාශකවරයා ලෙස ද මීට පෙර කටයුතු කර තිබේ. Former Customs Director General Appointed as Senior Secretary of Revenue Administration, Restructuring, and Innovation Division Sevili Arukgoda has been appointed as the Senior Additional Secretary of the Revenue Administration, Restructuring, and Innovation Division, a decision that comes into effect from the 10th of this month. This division will oversee the restructuring efforts and innovation initiatives of Sri Lanka's key revenue-generating agencies, which include the Department of Inland Revenue, Sri Lanka Customs, and the Department of Excise. With over 37 years of extensive experience in various roles within the Sri Lanka Customs Department, Arukgoda is a seasoned senior official.
