A camera captured the scene, highlighting the frustration of approximately 28 consumers who remained in line, hoping for relief. According to the local Litro gas distributor, customers were finally supplied with 140 cylinders of 12.5 kilograms each, alleviating some of the pressure caused by the prolonged absence of gas deliveries. The distributor confirmed that these cylinders were successfully distributed to waiting customers in the Kotagala area. The situation reflects ongoing challenges in gas availability, underscoring the importance of reliable supply chains for essential commodities in Sri Lanka. *Note: In case of any discrepancy between the Sinhala and English versions, the Sinhala version shall prevail.
